The role spans two distinct streams: social-facing content for our developments (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) and internal content for the business (health &amp; safety videos, training, internal comms, site updates). We need someone fast, organised, self-directed, deeply fluent in social media, and genuinely invested in how their content performs once it\u2019s live.<\/p>\n<h4>What You\u2019ll Do:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Produce social-first content for our developments \u2014\u00a0<\/b>short-form vertical videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), behind-the-scenes content, lifestyle pieces, neighbourhood content, construction progress, and campaign content tied to launches.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Produce occasional polished property and development films \u2014\u00a0<\/b>we have 3 developments, so flagship tour and campaign videos are lower volume but high quality. Expect a handful of these per quarter, often tied to launches or milestones.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Produce internal video content \u2014\u00a0<\/b>health and safety videos, site induction content, training materials, internal announcements, and team comms. Clear, well-paced, easy to follow.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Own the full pipeline\u00a0<\/b>\u2014 plan, shoot, edit, caption, publish. You\u2019re not waiting on anyone to tell you what to point the camera at.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Track performance and iterate.\u00a0<\/b>When a video underperforms, you identify why \u2014 weak hook, wrong format, off audio, bad thumbnail \u2014 cut a new version fast, and re-upload. You don\u2019t need to be told the engagement is low; you\u2019re already looking at it.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Adapt content per platform.\u00a0<\/b>TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and Facebook all reward different things. Cut accordingly.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Stay on top of trends\u00a0<\/b>across social platforms and bring fresh formats, hooks, and audio to the team proactively.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Build and maintain our content library.<\/b>\u00a0Every shoot adds to the bank \u2014 b-roll, establishing shots, lifestyle footage, drone, interiors \u2014 logged, tagged, and filed so anything can be found and reused in minutes, not hours.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Manage your own pipeline in Trello\u00a0<\/b>\u2014 cards updated daily, shooting schedule organised, blockers flagged early, nothing sitting untouched.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Communicate efficiently\u00a0<\/b>over email and Trello, with same-day responsiveness during working hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Output Expectations:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>This is a delivery-focused role. The successful candidate will consistently produce roughly:\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>6-8 short-form social videos per week\u00a0<\/b>across our developments\u2019 channels, with same-day or next-day turnaround on time-sensitive content.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Internal videos (H&amp;S, training, comms) on a same-week turnaround\u00a0<\/b>\u2014 typically 2\u20134 per month depending on business needs.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Flagship development films on a campaign basis\u00a0<\/b>\u2014 lower frequency, higher production value, planned ahead.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Iteration cycles:\u00a0<\/b>underperforming videos identified, recut, and reloaded within 48 hours of going live.<br \/>\n<i>Speed and responsiveness matter as much as quality.
