FuKazee means "the future of kazi" (kazi is Swahili for work). We are a Nairobi-based training company that helps people get ready for the future of work and the future of their careers, and get better at the work in front of them.

AI is our main tool, alongside Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, leadership and communication skills. Since 2022 we have trained more than 3,000 people: teams at companies and institutions, postgraduate students through our ScholarShift Accelerator, KCSE students in holiday tuition, and individuals one to one. We also run the FuKazee Teachers Network, which connects parents with teachers we have checked.

We teach in plain language and start from the assumption that nobody knows AI yet. Everyone leaves able to use it on real work, responsibly.
