With a degree in Procurement and experience both in the public sector and customer service, I bring a well-rounded perspective to the Supply Chain Management Assistant role. During my attachment at Kenya Wildlife Service as a Procurement Officer, I gained practical experience in sourcing, inventory tracking, and supplier coordination within a regulated environment. Currently, I serve as a Call Centre Agent, where I’ve developed excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-resolution skills—key assets in managing supply chain workflows and stakeholder relations. My blend of procurement training and frontline customer interaction equips me to handle supply chain challenges with both efficiency and professionalism, making me a strong fit for this position.
