I am a graduate student in Food Science and Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, 2024. Previously, I was a part of the production team at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, workshops and Kenspice Limited where I was attached. I developed a comprehensive understanding of production processes, food safety management systems, logistics coordination, and team collaboration. I was responsible for supporting production teams in various capacities, from coordinating schedules and managing resources to ensuring that all production activities were executed smoothly and efficiently. I am a good communicator who values team work and diligence.
