Resolving all technical issues on site, carrying out routine maintenance and repairs of automatic pay station, entry and exits stations and the network infrastructure such as the entervo system operation, license plate recognition, and proper operation of payment modes such debit ,credit and pre-paid cards.
System preparation; loading field devices with parking tickets/chipcoins and receipt rolls and replenishing as necessary to ensure adequacy of the stock levels in devices at all times for seamless operations. Offloading and loading money cassettes from and to pay machines respectively as part of the process of ensuring machines are ready for cash transaction processing.
System monitoring, support and maintenance; continuous monitoring of system performance, attending to any alarms and reporting. Timely and proper recording and reporting, internally and to clients, of system related issues or downtimes, the resolution progress and eventual resolution.
Prompt resolution of system related issues or downtimes and timely escalation of any unresolved cases in the prescribed manner.
Preparation and timely submission of accurate daily, weekly and monthly system status reports.
Customer service and support adhering to set customer service guidelines and prompt resolution of customer related issues/requests with proper recording and reporting of the issues/requests, their resolution progress and eventual resolution.
Adherence to the set standard operational procedures.
