James Okumu

I am a male Kenyan aged 30 years,a resident of Nairobi. A holder of Certificate in Computer Applications. As you can see from my attached Resume, having worked as a Clerk in a Law firm, then later at Skynet Worldwide Express, a Courier Logistics company as a Customer care executive and currently as a Customer care executive team and in the Front Office Operations and Call Center( Switch board)

Whereas most of my exposure and experiences has been in the customer care services,I believe I will be a good asset to your good office (company) if granted the opportunity since this will give me the much needed exposure to use my skills and/or abilities to meet your organisation’s goals since am an adaptable individual who is always willing and ready to learn.
