Graduate Trainee – Production

KEDA CERAMICS INTERNATIONAL is seeking to recruit 3 Graduate Trainees in our Tiles Factory for various production departments with the following descriptions and specifications:

JOB ADVERT: GRADUATE TRAINEE PRODUCTION (TILES FACTORY)

Nature of the Job – Full time.
Age Requirement: 24 – 28 years
Required Number-3 posts (Preferably Male)
Location: Miwani- Kisumu

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Learning the job responsibilities of each position in the department.
2. Working closely with the shift leaders.
3. Handling all round up tasks in respective section, efficient coordination of duties handed over.
4. Following up on quality of production and formulation requirements.
5. Any other duties assigned by the Head of Department.

EDUCATION AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be recent college graduates, must have completed and graduated with Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Automotive or Mechatronics Engineering.

2. Be computer literate/proficient.
3. Good communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
4. Good in written English and Fluent oral English.
