Key Responsibilities:
- Drive monthly KPIs for disbursement, collections, and customer growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential customers.
- Ensure proper appraisals, asset listings, and valuations.
- Prepare and present weekly reports.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in a Business-related field.
- 2+ years in sales/marketing; microfinance experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Integrity, aggressiveness, and computer literacy.
