Sidai is a fully vertically-integrated company supplying quality livestock and crop inputs and training to farmers and pastoralists across Kenya.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the sales process, order handling, approvals, and pricing adjustments.
- Address and resolve sales team and customer complaints, including logistical challenges and credit terms compliance.
- Process orders, prepare proposals, and commercial reports.
- Conduct planning, forecasting, and tracking inventory requirements to drive growth.
- Generate sales reports, dashboards, and analytics for timely decision-making.
- Assist in compiling annual sales revenue budgets.
- Monitor CRM usage by the sales team.
Qualifications, skills & competencies
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma preferably in a business-related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ work experience as a Sales Administrator, Analyst or related role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power Point is required; familiarity with data query / data management tools extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Business Objects)
- Knowledge of statistical principles
- Data visualization best practices, with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
