As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the IT department in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Supporting the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues for internal staff and clients.
• Monitoring the performance of our tracking software and ensure its smooth operation.
• Assisting with network and system administration tasks, ensuring security protocols are followed.
• Helping maintain and update the company website and internal platforms.
• Participating in testing and implementing new software and technology solutions.
• Providing technical support to end-users, including assisting with setup and training.
• Assisting with database management, backups, and data recovery procedures.
• Collaborating with the IT team to maintain system documentation and reports.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking principles.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and common productivity tools.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is a plus.
• Exposure to database management (SQL, MySQL, etc.) is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
