Vacancy Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
- Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Ensure that all transactions are recorded accurately and timely in accounting software.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain and organize accounting records and files.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Provide support to senior accountants in audits and other financial tasks.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the accounting team
KEY REQUIREMENTS – SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working in an accounting department
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills and a team player
