As a Real Estate Sales  Intern, you will work closely with our experienced sales team to learn the ins and outs of property sales, marketing, and client management. You will be involved in lead generation, client engagement, site visits, and property research.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Assist in responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential buyers and sellers.
  • Support the sales team in negotiations and closing deals.
  • Respond to clients from the Websites.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential properties for sale or rent.
  • Help update property listings and maintain an accurate property database.
  • Assist in property inspections and verifications.
  • Support social media and digital marketing efforts for property listings.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials and campaigns to attract buyers.
  • Attend property expos, networking events, and site visits to build connections.
  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings for clients.
  • Maintain organized client records and update CRM systems.
  • Assist in preparing reports and sales documentation.

Required Skills.

  • Diploma or degree in real estate or any business related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn about real estate sales.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
