JOB TITLE: FEMALE SHOP ATTENDANT – JEWELRY SHOP
JOB LOCATION: VILLAGE MARKET
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry based on their preferences and needs
- Maintain thorough knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions efficiently
- Manage daily sales records, stock levels, and inventory updates
- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
- Conduct regular stock counts and coordinate with the store manager on inventory replenishment
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Promote a positive image of the brand at all times
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a retail shop; experience in jewelry or luxury goods is highly preferred
- Proficient in using POS systems and inventory management tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service-oriented with a keen eye for detail
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment
- Trustworthy and dependable with good organizational skills
