PROGRAM DETAILS:

The Sarova Hotels Management Trainee program is a two-year training with immersive learning, invaluable skills and insights. The successful candidates will gain:

• Comprehensive training: Rotate through all hotel departments and travel to various Sarova Hotels, Resorts and Lodges.
• Expert Mentorship: Learn from seasoned industry professionals who are eager to share their knowledge
• Hands-on Experience: Be at the heart of guest service, hotel operations and people management
• Career Growth: Fast track your career with ready opportunities at the end of the training upon successful evaluation

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, tourism or a relevant field
• At least one year of experience working in a 3-5-star hotel
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to work in a progressive, fast-paced environment
• Leadership potential and a drive to succeed
• Flexibility to travel as needed
