Vacancy Description
We’re hiring a Benefits Associate to join a team that values precision, people, and purpose.
(Onsite, Monday to Friday From 4 pm to 1 am )
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation or audit process of benefit invoices, identifying any discrepancies between amount: collected and paid
- Resolution of discrepancies identified during reconciliation
- Constantly updating the Smartsheet with accurate and real-time information
- Manage Client Space cases and tasks for proper trouting and resolution
Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills.
- At least 1 year in an admin related position
- Data analysis skills Intermediate level English (85% Reading, Writing, Speaking)
