World Wide Fund for Nature- Kenya (WWF-Kenya) is a locally registered non-governmental conservation organization and an affiliate of WWF International. Since 1962, WWF has been working in Kenya in collaboration with the government, civil society, private sector organizations, and local communities to create a healthy natural environment supporting Kenyan people and sustainable development.
Finance Intern
Start Date:Â 7 July 2025
Locations: Nairobi
This 6-month internship is a chance to:
- Support the rollout of WWF’s Sustainable Finance for Conservation Playbook.
- Map and amplify green finance initiatives across Africa.
- Collaborate with country teams to integrate nature into financial decision-making.
- Build your research, project management, and communication skills at the intersection of finance and conservation.
Qualifications
- A postgraduate degree in finance, economics, sustainability, or environmental management (MBA preferred)
- Solid understanding of sustainable finance in Africa Excellent research, Excel, and presentation design skills Fluency in English (French a plus)
