Reports To: Business Development Manager
Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and passionate candidate to join our dynamic Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate eager to learn and contribute to the growth and expansion of our fintech services. The successful candidate will assist in client acquisition, market research, and sales strategy execution while gaining hands-on experience in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying potential clients and developing business opportunities.
- Support the creation and implementation of business development strategies.
- Help prepare proposals, sales documentation, and client presentations.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer success teams for seamless delivery.
- Participate in the execution of partnership and expansion initiatives.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in fintech, business development, and sales strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is an added advantage.
- Internship experience in a similar field is a plus.
