We are looking to recruit a professional, well-spoken, and customer-oriented Front Desk Personnel to join a reputable client in the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests and ensure a smooth and welcoming front office experience.

Location: Lenana Road, Nairobi
Industry: Hospitality
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Manage room bookings, inquiries, and walk-in guests
  • Answer calls and emails, and respond to guest queries
  • Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk area
  • Assist with guest complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Hospitality, Front Office Operations, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and hotel management systems
  • Smart, organized, and able to multitask
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
