We are looking to recruit a professional, well-spoken, and customer-oriented Front Desk Personnel to join a reputable client in the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests and ensure a smooth and welcoming front office experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Manage room bookings, inquiries, and walk-in guests
- Answer calls and emails, and respond to guest queries
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk area
- Assist with guest complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Hospitality, Front Office Operations, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel management systems
- Smart, organized, and able to multitask
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
