Tribe Senti Internships is a hands-on, 14-week immersive experience for youth to build financial skills, workplace readiness, and leadership.
Tribe Senti, by Geminia Life Insurance, is more than an internship; it’s a movement. We equip young people across life stages with the tools to understand money, build careers, and grow into purpose-driven leaders. The internship stream specifically focuses on preparing fresh graduates for the real world through intense hands-on learning and access to professional networks.
Pensions Intern (2 positions)
Overview: Support pension management and financial planning projects, ideal for finance or actuarial science graduates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Actuarial Science, Finance, or related field with relevant experience and / or Diploma in Pensions
- Graduated within the past two years (2023–2025).
Internship Period: 3 months
Location: Nairobi (Head Office) & Mombasa Branch
