Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The role involves managing correspondence, coordinating schedules, supporting meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and documents (including PowerPoint decks).
- Support executive management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and clients.
- Provide translation and interpretation support in Chinese and English, as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
