Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Graduate Trainee located in Kenya. The Graduate Trainee will be responsible for assisting with various business operations tasks, gaining practical experience in business tools, payment solutions, and merchant services. The role involves collaborating with different teams, conducting research, and contributing to developing and implementing business strategies.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of business operations and payment solutions
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Relevant internship or work experience is desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
