Social Media Executive

Lipad simplifies business operations for merchants with an all-in-one business tool suite. Our secure payment gateway accepts various payment methods, including cards, mobile money, and bank transfers. We also offer co-branded or white-label solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of banks and licensed Payment Service Providers (PSPs).

The Role

We’re looking for an energetic, charismatic, and highly creative individual to join us in driving content creation and community engagement across our digital platforms. In this role, you’ll develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging posts and videos, manage daily interactions, and track performance metrics. The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, with a strong understanding of social trends and digital storytelling.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in social media management or digital content creation
• Strong copywriting skills with an eye for detail
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar
• Experience creating short-form video content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Ability to think both creatively and analytically
• Up-to-date with social trends, memes, formats, and best practices
• Comfortable filming and being around content shoots

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage a monthly content calendar, posting and scheduling content when needed
• Collaborate with the team & Contribute creative ideas and concepts during brainstorming sessions
• Shoot and edit short form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that resonate with audiences
• Capture behind-the-scenes content, UGC-style footage, and quick-turn campaigns
• Stay plugged into content trends and viral formats
