ROLE SUMMARY
A People Operations Officer ensures smooth HR processes, from onboarding to offboarding, by implementing policies, managing data and systems, and enhancing employee experience. The role blends administrative expertise, HR knowledge, and a tech-savy approach to optimize people operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Smooth onboarding of new hires
- Support recruitment
- Provide support on HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and policies
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies
- Gather and analyze data with HR metrics
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
- Compile and update employee records
- Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience: 1-3 years HR admin.
- HR Knowledge: General HR policies.
- People Skills: Strong communication.
- Education: BSc HR/related field.
- Language: Fluent English.
- Tech: Tech-savvy, adaptable.
- Work Style: Multitask, proactive.
- Systems: HRIS knowledge a plus.
