At NLS Tech Solutions, we build and integrate software for banks, Saccos and microfinance institutions around the world. Our team is growing, and we want to bring in young, sharp minds who are excited to learn, solve problems, and grow with us.
This isn’t just about coding. As a trainee, you will get hands-on experience with:
- Gathering requirements from real clients
- Setting up and configuring systems
- Testing, troubleshooting, and making things work smoothly
- Learning how to document and explain your work clearly
- Working side by side with senior engineers and clients
We are not looking for “perfect” candidates. We are looking for people who are curious, hardworking, and ready to learn.
If you have:
- A degree in Computer Science (or related)
- Some project or internship experience in software development
- Good communication and teamwork skills
