About the role:
- Review captured business requirements.
- Configure solutions that meet customer needs based on stories entered in JIRA or developed in Microsoft Word.
- Develop, test, and document complete solutions.
- Provide end user and technical documents on completed solutions.
- Participate in other technical components (Scripting, Data Conversion/Migration, Report Development)
About You
- Interest in Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) software configuration.
- Knowledge of Report Development using SSRS or Crystal Reports.
- Interest in Land Management, Business Licensing, Professional Licensing, Code Enforcement.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Strong presentation experience.
- Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Basic JavaScript experience.
- SQL Script experience (Oracle or SQL Server)
