DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support daily operations and complete assigned tasks.
- Learn company policies, processes and procedures.
- Observe and apply knowledge from senior staff.
- Meet set goals and comply with company rules.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- No prior experience required.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to develop technical skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
