Key Responsibilities

• Lead and engage groups of tourists during scheduled excursions.
• Share captivating stories about Kenya’s culture, wildlife, history, and heritage.
• Ensure guest safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction.
• Assist with travel logistics (transport, meals, and accommodation).
• Address guest inquiries, manage requests, and handle emergencies calmly.
• Represent the company with professionalism and hospitality.
• Collect feedback to enhance tour experiences.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of Kenya’s culture, geography, history, and wildlife.
• Fluency in English (French/Swahili is a plus 🌐).
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Group management and time management abilities.
• First aid/emergency response knowledge (advantage).
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).
