What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor key performance metrics (earnings, balances, maintenance, driving behavior).
  • Identify at-risk customers and provide proactive support.
  • Engage customers through calls and in-person check-ins.
  • Roll out coaching and corrective action plans.
  • Keep accurate records of customer performance and interventions.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Coordinate reward programs to celebrate and motivate top performers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in a Business Related Course .
  • 1-3 years experience in customer-success focused roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and turning insights into action.
  • Organized, proactive, and empathetic problem-solver.
  • Tech-savy and open to learning new tools.
