What You’ll Do:
- Monitor key performance metrics (earnings, balances, maintenance, driving behavior).
- Identify at-risk customers and provide proactive support.
- Engage customers through calls and in-person check-ins.
- Roll out coaching and corrective action plans.
- Keep accurate records of customer performance and interventions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate reward programs to celebrate and motivate top performers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in a Business Related Course .
- 1-3 years experience in customer-success focused roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable analyzing data and turning insights into action.
- Organized, proactive, and empathetic problem-solver.
- Tech-savy and open to learning new tools.
