Job Summary
We are seeking a Client Relations Intern to support communication with influencers and brand partners. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, coordination, and ensuring every client feels valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and creators via email and calls
- Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining relationships
- Collect feedback and relay it to internal teams
- Help manage campaign timelines and deliverables
- Update CRM and client records
- Prepare reports and summaries for client meetings
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using email, CRM tools, and spreadsheets
- Passion for helping clients succeed
