Career Options Africa Group client is currently seeking diligent candidates for the position of Food Technologist.

As a Food Technologist, your main role will be to apply your knowledge in meat production, collaborate with production teams, ensure quality control, and contribute to the development of new meat products.

  • Apply food technology principles to improve meat production processes.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct research and development for new meat products.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

The job holder should have the following qualifications:

  • Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Processing, or a related field, obtained between 2020 and 2025, prior to the date of application for authorization.
  • At least 3 months of work/ internship experience in butchery, slaughtering, or meat production.
  • Passport.
