The Job

We are seeking an Office Assistant to help with day-to-day office support

  • Manage daily office operations including filing and photocopying
  • Running errands
  • Parcel collection and delivery
  • Collection of purchased items

Essential Qualities

We are targeting candidates with the following qualifications.

  • A diploma or degree in a relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Have a motorcycle license

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and competencies.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
