Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

  • Receive, record, and label incoming stock (spare parts, tools, consumables).
  • Issue parts to technicians, ensuring correct logging in the system.
  • Conduct daily bin counts and weekly reconciliations against system records.
  • Flag discrepancies promptly and assist in root-cause analysis.

Documentation & Systems

  • Update Zoho (or other inventory systems) with real-time stock movements.
  • Maintain accurate manual and digital records for audits.
  • Generate weekly inventory status reports for the Head of Operations.

Coordination & Support

  • Work with Maintenance Dispatchers to ensure parts availability before jobs.
  • Escalate low-stock or urgent replenishment needs.
  • Support periodic cycle counts and quarterly audits.

Compliance & Controls

  • Adhere to stock handling SOPs to reduce losses, shrinkage, and misallocation.
  • Maintain organized and safe storage areas.
  • Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles in part issuance.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow SOPs.
  • Prior experience (internship/entry-level) in inventory, warehouse, or store keeping is a plus.
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, Airtable, ERP systems).
  • Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
