Key Responsibilities:
- Rapid Incident Response: Attend breakdowns, accidents, and harassment cases.
- Minor Repairs & Recovery Logistics: Arrange for electric bike recovery to the HQ in coordination with the control room.
- Communication & Coordination: Liaise with the Control Room and Maintenance teams for seamless coordination.
- Data Logging & Reporting: Accurately document incident details, time-on-site, and challenges experienced.
Requirements
- NYS Training.
- A valid certificate of good conduct is required.
- A valid motorcycle driver’s license is also necessary.
- A craft certificate in Mechanical Engineering is an added advantage.
