Job Summary:

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Compliance Associate to support the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles and a keen interest in regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in tracking compliance with cybersecurity policies and standards.
• Help maintain documentation and evidence for audits and regulatory reporting.
• Support risk assessments, internal audits, and gap analyses.
• Participate in vendor security reviews and compliance evaluations.
• Monitor industry developments and assist in updating internal compliance guidelines.
• Assist in delivering cybersecurity awareness training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or IT support.
• Familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR (internship/academic experience acceptable).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and writing skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Internship or coursework in cybersecurity or GRC.
• Basic understanding of risk management and IT systems.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, GRC Analyst, or ISO 27001 Foundations are a plus.
