INTERN WITH US

We are looking for a motivated agent to join our team. We shall offer free training to familiarise you with our operations.

1. Travel Consultant Intern
2. Sales & Marketing Intern

You will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls and successfully closing sales to achieve the companies sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Generate leads through various channels and identify sales opportunities.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the specified timeframe.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
• Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, interests, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in a related field (e.g., Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or similar).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong negotiation & closing skills
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to multitasking
• Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork
• Strong organizational & time management skills
