Adili Corporate Secretarial Services (Adili COSEC) in Kenya provides comprehensive support to companies, including routine secretarial services, board and committee meeting attendance, minute preparation and review, and ensuring compliance with local corporate laws and regulations. They also offer specialized services such as corporate advice on complex share capital restructuring for manufacturing clients and support for establishing new branches or subsidiaries for energy and telecommunications companies, including handling statutory records and annual compliance documentation submission to the Business Registration Service.
Join our team: Trainee – Adili COSEC

What you will do
As a trainee, you will support the Adili COSEC team in a variety of company secretarial and administrative functions, including:
- Assisting with annual compliance requirements and periodic corporate changes (e.g., director/shareholder changes, share issues or transfers, capital increases, charge creation/modification/satisfaction).
- Supporting the incorporation and administration of Kenyan companies and foreign entities.
- Assisting with meeting support, including convening and attending Board, Board Committee, and general meetings, drafting notices, minutes, resolutions, and other secretarial documents.
- Preparing and submitting statutory returns and notifications to the Registrar of Companies and monitoring their progress.
- Supporting business licensing and registrations across sectors.
- Assisting in applications for work and residence permits, as well as duty remission facilities for expatriate staff.
What we are looking for
- A Bachelor’s degree with a strong interest in Company Secretarial work.
- Completion of the foundation level of the Certified Public Secretaries (CPS) Course is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of private and public limited companies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships across different stakeholders.
