DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote and market the company’s plots and properties to potential clients.
  • Participate in field sales activities including site visits, property exhibitions, roadshows, and open days.
  • Engage with prospective buyers through various channels including cold calls, door-to-door marketing, digital platforms, and referrals.
  • Follow up with leads, respond to client inquiries, and provide product information.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital content.
  • Collect and analyze market feedback and consumer trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and closed deals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to develop innovative campaigns.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in selling real estate (plots or properties) will be an added advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and results-oriented
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Willingness to work in the field and travel to various sites within the assigned region
