Mi Vida which means ‘my life’ in Spanish, is a new home builder in the market unveiled to address the shortage of quality middle income housing in Kenya.

The Mi Vida Graduate Programme

The Mi Vida Graduate Programme is a 6-month, cohort-based learning and development initiative designed for recent graduates or students in their 3rd, 4th, or final year with strong analytical and financial backgrounds.

This programme focuses on developing talent with the technical and quantitative skills required for financial modelling, project feasibility analysis, and investment evaluation within the real estate and built environment sector.

The Programme offers hands-on experience and exposure to real-world investment projects, financial analysis, and sustainable development models.

While it provides significant professional growth and learning opportunities, participation does not guarantee employment with Mi Vida or its affiliates.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  1. Be recent graduates (within the past two years) or set to graduate by the Programme’s start date.
  2. Be students in their 3rd, 4th, or final year of study.
  3. Be graduates of a recognised university with a strong academic track record (First Class or equivalent preferred).
