Support the engineering team in performing basic structural calculations.
Help analyze the load-bearing capacity of structural components.
Assist in preparing simple structural drawings and layout sketches.
Make minor edits to existing drawings under supervision using AutoCAD or similar software.
Help compile design reports, calculation sheets, and material schedules.
Organize project files and assist in preparing documents for submission.
Join site visits to observe construction and take notes or measurements.
Assist in documenting site conditions and reporting back to the design team.
Participate in internal training sessions and shadow senior engineers.
Take initiative to learn company processes, tools, and basic structural design standards.

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely related field
Basic understanding of structural design principles, materials, and construction methods
Familiarity with structural analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Prokon, STAAD, or similar) is an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic work environment
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
