We are looking for a talented IT who will support the IT department in ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of the organization’s technology infrastructure. The intern will provide technical support to staff, assist in troubleshooting IT-related issues, and participate in system and network administration tasks. This role is ideal for a recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in a professional IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to staff and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment such as computers, printers, and other peripherals.
- Support user account management, password resets, and access control.
- Monitor network performance and assist in troubleshooting connectivity issues.
- Help maintain and update IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Support in setting up and maintaining conference and communication systems.
- Work with the IT team to implement software updates, system patches, and basic security measures.
- Document incidents, solutions, and IT procedures.
- Perform other IT related duties as assigned.
What you bring!
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
- Experience using Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and eager to learn, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
