Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring an excellent guest experience.
- Handle billing and payment transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area.
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a busy restaurant or hotel environment.
- Must hold a valid Food Handler Certificate.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
