Program Intern at inABLE

Ready to mentor, teach basic & advanced computer skills, and get hands-on with HTML/CSS/JavaScript? inABLE is looking for passionate interns to empower youth with disabilities in Kenya. Great experience for IT/Project Management Diploma holders.


The role of the intern is to assist the program staff in guiding the learners in the acquisition of computer skills. This will include, but is not limited to, Keyboard skills, Internet and research, and Productivity tools (Word processing, spreadsheet, and PowerPoint/ presentation). The intern is also expected to participate in a coding program.

inABLE is scaling Africa’s inclusive digital economy by preparing youth with disabilities for quality employment and catalyzing systems change. Through the Inclusive Africa Program (IAP), we build both talent and demand by training Digital Accessibility Champions, mobilizing advocates and youth leaders, accelerating assistive technology (AT) entrepreneurs, and advancing digital accessibility standards through the Inclusive Africa Conference

Job Objective:
