The ESL Future Leadership Program was started in 2015 to offer eligible candidates an opportunity to acquire direct practical experience in what we do and the industry at large. The program is currently in its 16th Cohort.

Eligibility:
The candidates should ideally hold professional and academic qualifications in the fields below to join our next intake:
- Holder of professional and academic qualifications in Customs Clearance, Ships Agency, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, Accounts/Finance, Legal, Engineering and related courses.
- Must demonstrate excellent academic performance as demonstrated by recent university or institution records.
- Must be a recent graduate.
