Pawa IT Solutions, a a full Cloud solutions provider, are hiring a Customer Engagement – Graduate Trainee in Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Qualification:
-
- Assist in identifying potential leads through online research, email outreach, social media and referrals.
- Support preliminary lead qualification under the guidance of the Customer Engagement Specialist.
- Conduct basic research on prospective clients’ business needs, industry trends and potential challenges.

Sales Process & Client Interaction:

- Assist in outreach efforts, including drafting emails, scheduling follow-ups and setting meetings.
- Support preparation of sales materials, product demos and client presentations.
- Engage professionally with clients to address simple inquiries and route complex questions to the appropriate team members.

Product Knowledge & Market Awareness:

- Learn and maintain foundational knowledge of Pawa IT’s cloud solutions portfolio.
- Stay informed about trends in cloud computing, digital transformation, and industry shifts.
- Share insights with the Customer Engagement team on customer needs and market observations.

Collaboration & Reporting:
-
- Support maintenance of CRM systems by updating lead and pipeline information.
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Engagement Specialist on ongoing projects and client engagements.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions and knowledge-building activities to improve skills continuously.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong interest in cloud technology, digital transformation and customer engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes or a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is an added advantage.
- Interest in Device Management tools (e.g., Iru) is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
