As an HR Trainee, you will be deeply involved in various facets of Human Resources and Administration, including:
- Recruitment & On boarding: Benchmarking, formulating position requirements, ensuring maximum exposure for vacant roles, and leading the employees.
- Policy & Compliance: Researching, formulating, and implementing monitoring/enforcing company policies and compliance regarding employee contracts.
- Employee Relations & Performance: employee incentive programs, and monitoring payroll processes.
- Administration: Handling all other assigned Human Resource-related responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements
- To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:
- High School: A minimum mean grade of B plain in KCSE/Highschool.
- University: At least a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
- Training & Experience in Human Management.
- Tech Proficiency: Must be proficient with PCs and Windows, and expert in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- IT Skills: Must be an advanced computer and internet user
