Key Responsibilities
- Assist with routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and common areas.
- Support the team in basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance troubleshooting.
- Help conduct preventive maintenance checks as guided by the supervisor.
- Ensure tools and equipment are handled safely and stored properly.
- Report faults, damages and maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all maintenance areas.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, or general repair work (training institution or hands-on exposure).
- Eagerness to learn and ability to follow instructions.
- Good teamwork, reliability and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
