Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- HR Administration & Records: Maintain employee information, organize HR documents, and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordination & Scheduling: Arrange interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
- Payroll Support: Assist with timesheets and payroll processing to ensure accurate compensation.
- Employee Support & Engagement: Respond to HR-related queries, support engagement initiatives, and assist with performance reviews.
- Training & Development: Support training and development activities as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 6 months to 1 year internship experience
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Tech-savvy with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations is an added advantage
