African Coffee Roasters (ACR) is actively seeking a sharp and motivated HR & Administration Intern for a critical hands-on experience opportunity running from January to April 2026. This entry-level role is tailored for recent Kenyan graduates in Human Resources or Commerce, looking to translate academic knowledge into practice within a dynamic export facility.
African Coffee Roasters is a coffee roasting facility in Athi River that process whole beans, grounded and capsule coffee. We are located in the Export Processing Zone (EPZ) meaning that our products are mainly for the export market. ACR is not just a company. We focus our efforts in developing sustainability in the trade of coffee through caring for the environment and the people around us.
Internship – HR & Administration

This internship is ideal for recent graduates.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Commerce -HR or alternative postgraduate Certificate or Diploma in HR.
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good written and spoken English & Kiswahili
