Capwell Industries Limited, a leading food processing and manufacturing enterprise in Kenya, is inviting ambitious graduates to apply for its 12-month Management Trainee Program (January–December 2026). This program is designed to intentionally develop future leaders through structured exposure, hands-on experience, and mentorship across the business.

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking graduates who:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper and above) or a Master’s degree (any discipline)
- Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Are adaptable, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Show leadership potential and a willingness to take ownership
- Are interested in building a long-term career in FMCG manufacturing and commercial operations
