The ideal candidate will be responsible for Supporting the finance and accounts completing routine bookkeeping, and accounting tasks. Provide support in preparing budgets, reporting and accounting duties for the school.
Responsibilities
- Help with month-end financial reports
- Help with bank statements reconciliation, as well as accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with the preparation of ad hoc and other internal reports
- Compose and input journal entries into QuickBooks
- Do data entry and credit checks.
- Complete and proofread requisitions from other school departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Commerce.
- CPA Part 2
- QuickBooks/Sage/Accounting qualification.
- 6months - 1 year relevant accounts experience
- Valid certificate of good conduct
